Frequently Asked Questions

Our pharmacies only dispense medication that are manufactured by companies that are committed to obeying all US Regulatory Standards and are quality controlled by our USFDA or foreign counties FDA like agencies. Even though they are the same medication, the name on the box and/or the appearance may be different than what you are used to. This is due to certain medications being branded and marketed under a different name internationally because of cultural or language barriers.

Prescription prices are lower internationally than in the U.S. for several reasons: 

    • The Canadian Government and other foreign countries set limits on pharmaceutical pricing and caps on subsequent price increases.
    • All of our international pharmacies purchase medicine in bulk, which results in the greater savings for our customers.
    • Canadian and our other affiliated international pharmacies operate at lower profit margins than US pharmacies and manufacturers.

We always recommend ordering a 3 month (or 90 day supply). This not only saves you shipping expenses but also reduces the cost of your medicine. This is due to the cost per tablet (or dose) decreases in larger quantities ordered. Due to US regulation, we are only able to order a maximum of a 90 day supply.

Our prices are subject to change and do depend on the current marketplace as well as the cost of production for the manufacturer. In most cases, we do honor our price quotes for 7 days. For refills, our pharmacy partners will ask for your consent before placing an order for medication with price increases since your previous order.

  • We are affiliated with five pharmacies internationally and one pharmacy domestically. Many pharmacies include their shipping charges in the price of the medications. The shipping cost is ultimately determined by each individual pharmacy and is as follows:
  • Australia:
    • Standard Shipping is included at no additional cost.
    • To add package tracking is $5.00.
  • Canada:
    • Standard $9.50 shipping charge on all orders.
    • Add tracking for only $5.50 additional. Total of $15.00.
    • Refrigerated Expedited Shipping: $40 includes 2 ice packs.
      • $5 additional for every extra two ice packs, can add up to 4 additional ice packs for $10 (we do recommend adding additional ice packs to refrigerated orders during the warmer months).
    • India:
      • Standard shipping is included at no additional cost.
      • To add package tracking is $7.50.
    • New Zealand
      • Standard shipping is included at no additional cost.
      • To add package tracking is $10.00.
    • UK Pharmacy
      • Standard $14 shipping for all orders, tracking number included.
    • University Pharmacy – USA
      • Standard $4.95 plus $1 insurance for every $88 of medication.
      • * Any orders over $500 have mandatory tracking added if available and not already included *
      • Shipping costs are subject to change but out clients will be notified at the time of order placement.

All prices are in US Dollars and all orders must be paid in US dollars.

  • Our affiliated pharmacies do request 2-7 business days to process your order after it has been placed. Shipping time may vary, but our current expected shipping time is 3-4 weeks for delivery.
  • We do need a valid prescription for every order. If we are missing a prescription or if your previous prescription has expired or has no refills remaining; we will be unable to process your order until we have received a valid prescription.
  • We do need your written or verbal confirmation for every order, we do not offer auto refills. If we are unable to get in contact with you that will delay the processing of your order.
  • Your order will be delayed if your payment information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • US Customs processing may take up to 12 business days. Sometimes, this process may be slightly slower if it is during a high shipping season, such as the holidays (November-December).
  • Our international affiliated pharmacies do not accept US insurance plans right now. Some personal insurance plans, on an individual basis, accept the charges towards the deductible. You would need to reach out to your insurance company to see if this is applicable to you.
  • Every shipment will include an official pharmacy invoice.
  • Please contact us via phone, email, or text message. We will need to confirm your mailing address and payment information for every order. Once we receive your confirmation, we can place the refill order.
  • About four weeks before your medication runs out, we will give you a courtesy refill reminder. Typically, we will give you a phone call however we also offer refill reminders via email and SMS text message. You may order your refill while you are on the phone or reply to our written communication.
  • Our affiliated Pharmacy is just like your neighborhood pharmacy. The advantage is discounted prices for the same generic and brand drugs compared to your local pharmacy.
  • At this time our USA-based pharmacy does not dispense Controlled Substances or refrigerated medications.
  • US Laws do not allow the re-importation of “controlled substances”. Canadian or International Pharmacies cannot dispense the above-mentioned medications for American residents.
  • At Canada Savings Shop and our affiliated pharmacies, all client information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of prescription dispensing.
  • Your information will never be sold or used for anything other than filling your prescriptions. We must obey the HIPAA Law.
  • We are unable to accept credit/debit cards for orders with our international pharmacies. We accept payment for international orders in a few ways.
    • We can receivepayment information in the form of a personal check or an electronic check (eCheck). For the eCheck option we would just need the account number and routing number, and we can process it electronically. You can also send us a clear photo or scan of a personal check.
    • We also accept payment in the form of Money Order, MO, this you would need to get from your bank or an Amscot/Western Union.

    • For orders placed with our domestic USA Pharmacy we accept payment with Master, Visa or Discover Card.
